Shipping

• We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase.

• Shipping is provided via USPS or UPS.

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.

• Shipping times vary depending on your location and carrier; we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Returns

• We want you to be completely satisfied with your OklaBrown purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return unused and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.

• To start a return, please contact us at: contact@oklabrown.com with your order details.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

• We do not accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please allow several days for the refund to process depending on your payment provider.
